Create your free account
Sign up with just your email and a password. Your 90-day free trial starts immediately — full access to every feature, no credit card required. All of your data is private to your account.
Add your payday schedule
Tell the app when you get paid and how much. Enter your gross pay — use your pay stub or best guess. Set federal, state, and SS tax percentages to match your actual withholding, or enter 0 if not applicable. The app automatically estimates your net take-home. Works with weekly, bi-weekly, twice-monthly, and monthly pay schedules.
Enter your bills
Add each bill with a name, amount, due date, and category. Mark it recurring and it'll reappear every month automatically. Use the bulk upload tool to add your entire bill list at once — paste in a list and they all get added in one go.
Sign in each day for your daily summary
Every time you sign in, a welcome popup shows your complete financial picture for today — available funds, next payday countdown, and every unpaid bill this month with a checkbox to mark them paid right from the popup.
Set alerts and stay ahead
Configure a low-funds threshold in the Alerts tab. If your available balance ever drops below it, the app shows a full-screen alert the next time you sign in — so you know before a payment bounces, not after.
Manage multiple accounts
Switch between up to 3 separate accounts — checking, savings, a partner's account, whatever fits your life. Each account has its own bills, paydays, and balance. Use the Compare view to see them all side by side.
Then pick the plan that fits your household.
Start with a full-featured 90-day free trial — no credit card, no commitment. When your trial ends, choose a monthly plan sized to how many people you want sharing the account with you.

Except where otherwise required, arbitration will take place in California, United States. The Parties may litigate in court to compel arbitration, stay proceedings pending arbitration, or to confirm, modify, vacate, or enter judgment on the arbitrator's award. If for any reason a Dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, it shall be commenced in the state and federal courts located in California, United States, and the Parties consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to, venue and jurisdiction in such courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the Uniform Computer Information Transaction Act (UCITA) are excluded from these Legal Terms. In no event shall any Dispute be commenced more than one (1) year after the cause of action arose. If this provision is found illegal or unenforceable, the affected Dispute will be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction within the courts listed above.
Restrictions. The Parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the Parties individually. No arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding; there is no right to arbitrate any Dispute on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and there is no right to bring any Dispute in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or other persons.
Exceptions to Informal Negotiations and Arbitration. The Parties agree the following Disputes are not subject to the above provisions: (a) Disputes seeking to enforce or protect, or concerning the validity of, intellectual property rights; (b) Disputes related to allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use; and (c) any claim for injunctive relief. If this provision is found illegal or unenforceable, the affected Dispute will be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction as described above.

24. User Data
We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for the purpose of managing the performance of the Services, as well as data relating to your use of the Services. Although we perform daily backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Services. We are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your data resulting from hacking, security breaches, or other unauthorized third-party access to our systems, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We recommend you export your own data daily as an additional safeguard (Setup → Export & Import Data in the app). You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any such data, and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption of data.
25. Electronic Communications, Transactions, and Signatures
Visiting the Services, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing. YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, CONTRACTS, ORDERS, AND OTHER RECORDS, AND TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF NOTICES, POLICIES, AND RECORDS OF TRANSACTIONS INITIATED OR COMPLETED BY US OR VIA THE SERVICES. You hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances, or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or to payments or the granting of credits by any means other than electronic means.

27. Miscellaneous
These Legal Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Services constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Legal Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. These Legal Terms operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations to others at any time. We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to act caused by any cause beyond our reasonable control. If any provision of these Legal Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Legal Terms or use of the Services. You agree that these Legal Terms will not be construed against us by virtue of having drafted them. 1. Information We Collect
We collect your email address and the bill and payday data you enter into the app. We also automatically collect your IP address when you sign up, sign in, or start a free trial. We do not collect bank account numbers, credit card numbers, or any banking credentials. We do not connect to your bank.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your email address to create and manage your account, sign you in, and send you account-related messages — password resets, and any daily summary or low-funds alert emails you've enabled. We use the bill and payday data you enter to power the app itself: the calendar, the daily summary, low-funds alerts, and your reports. We use your IP address for account security and fraud prevention — for example, to lock out repeated failed sign-in attempts and block abusive signup activity — and to get an approximate, non-personal count of how many people click to start a free trial from our marketing site. We don't use your data for advertising, and we don't sell it to advertisers. If you subscribe to a paid plan, your billing details are handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe — we do not receive or store your full card number.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in an access-controlled database hosted in the United States. Connections between your browser and our servers are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS), and passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing — never in plain text. Access to the database is limited to what's needed to operate the Services. We perform daily backups of our database to guard against data loss. We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no method of storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — we are not responsible for losses caused by hacking, security breaches, or other unauthorized access that occurs despite those measures. As an extra safeguard, we recommend exporting your own bills and pay dates daily — you can do this any time from Setup → Export & Import Data in the app.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your bill amounts and account information stay private to your account.
5. Cookies
The only cookies we set are strictly necessary/functional — used by Cookiebot itself to remember your cookie preference, and nothing beyond that. We use Cookiebot to manage cookie consent and let you control which categories of cookies you allow on this site. The app itself uses your browser's local storage — not tracking cookies — to keep you signed in during your session and remember display preferences like dark mode and calendar view. That data stays on your device and isn't used to track you across other websites. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or analytics cookies of any kind. Because we don't perform behavioral tracking in the first place, Do Not Track browser signals don't change anything about how we treat your data — there's nothing to opt out of.
6. Your Rights
You can access, correct, or delete the bill and payday data in your account at any time by signing in and editing or removing it directly. To close your account, request deletion of your account data, or request a copy of the information we hold about you, contact us at the email below and we'll respond within a reasonable time. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA — see the Terms of Use for how to reach California's consumer protection resources.
